The 2022 Fairway Villas Community Holiday Party will once again be at Balistreri Vineyards and is scheduled for Saturday, December 10, beginning at 6pm.

All confirmed with bus transportation: 

➡️ The first bus will leave The Clubhouse at 5:30pm, last bus leaves at 6pm

⬅️ Return trips leaving the Vineyard at 9pm and the last bus at 9:30pm 

Registration for this event will be OPEN to all community members through November 27. This signature community event is set to be a festive blast for attendees and a great way to celebrate the holidays with both old friends and new. 

Following an analysis of the current Clubhouse events budget and ability to subsidize resident cost for this event, the cost of a ticket to attend the community holiday party at Balistreri Vineyards has been set at $100 per person or $200 per couple. All checks can be made payable to “Town…
