Gather at the clubhouse for a fun White Elephant Regift! Bring a wrapped gift and receive one in return from a fellow neighbor for this fun holiday tradition! The gift you bring could be something new or very gently used, something you got two of this holiday season, or something that you don't want. Sometimes called "Yankee Swap" or "Dirty Santa" you will then play a fun gift exchange where you could get the very thing you wanted all along!

After the regift pick a game to play (cards, Rumikub, Mahjong, poker, etc.), and watch the ball drop with friends and neighbors. 

Bring a sweet or savory snack and beverage of your choice.
