These one-hour training sessions will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00AM-10:00AM at The Lodge.

Pre-season ski training is a 6-week program designed to strengthen the muscles used the most when skiing, improve balance and build endurance for a better ski experience. Please only sign up for one spot per week to maximize the number of residents able to participate.

This class will only accommodate 6 participants maximum.
