Small Group Weight Training

We are excited to announce the addition of a new small group weight training class being held twice a week at The Lodge! Anne Nolan, Certified Sr. Fitness Instructor, will be leading each one-hour training session. *Please only sign up for 1 spot per week.

These one-hour training sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00AM-11:00AM at The Lodge. In these classes you will work on cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance. Class size is limited to 4-6 people. Please only sign up for one spot per week to maximize the number of residents able to participate.
