NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Town Center Metropolitan District Subdistrict Nos. 1 and 4 (the “Board”) of the City and County of Denver, Colorado, will hold a work session at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023, via telephone and videoconference, as noted below. This meeting is a working session of the Board and members of the community to address those matters set out in the agenda below as the same may be amended at the work session, however no formal business and no decisions may be conducted by the Board. The meeting is open to the public.
