This event will a potluck of appetizers or light treats and BYOB.
This class will offer you 75 minutes of movement, breath and reflection and is suitable for all-levels of experience. Please bring your own mat, yoga blanket and any other yoga props you care to use.
Class will start promptly, so please allow yourself 15 minutes prior to class time to get set up and on your mat.
This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
