Hello Fairway Villas Residents!
As the new subdistrict management for Fairway Villas, TCMD SD #1 & #4, the YMCA of Metro Denver is committed to enhancing the level of communication and transparency with each and every resident. In an effort to keep the community informed of all of the progress that we have made in the first 4 months of 2022, we wanted to share the attached Subdistrict Activity Report.
Monthly Subdistrict Manager Reports will be shared with the community each month highlighting the activity and progress within our two subdistricts. These reports will provide details regarding:
Budgeting, Finance, & Billing
Maintenance
Vendors
Subdistrict 4 / Bungalows
Snow Removal / Landscaping
Community
General
We hope that these communications will assist in keeping each resident informed and up to date with everything that we are working on in order to enhance the level of service and community experience within Fairway Villas.
