The Toys for Tots Silent Auction is less than 2 weeks away!
We are desperately in need of items for the Auction and also the bake sale. We would LOVE to make as much money ($2,201.00!!) for the kids as we did last year.
The Craft Fair people are having a meeting this Saturday, 10/29 from 1-3 to finalize the signs and distribute them. I would like to have a brief meeting at 2:30 to finalize the plans and duty assignments for the Silent Auction & Bake Sale.

WE ARE ASKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO CANVAS ANY BUSINESSES IN THE AREA FOR DONATIONS
There will be Flyers and tax receipts on the table in front of the fireplace of the Clubhouse and inside the Lodge. Please take one if you are willing to go around hunting for treasures to auction. If we run out of flyers, please contact me and I will print more.
Additionally, if you have a NEW or LIKE-NEW item you no longer want, and you think it might draw bids, we’d gladly accept your donation (no clothing). If this is the case, please send Barb Alexander an e-mail describing the item. A picture would also help. A bid sheet will be made for each item in the auction, including the name of the donor business or individual. Any donors will receive a tax receipt showing donation to Toys for Tots.
Any items will need to be turned in to Barb Alexander or Patti Cowell no later than Nov. 4th.
