Hello Fairway Villas Residents!
In our continued commitment to enhancing the level of communication and transparency with each and every FV resident, we are happy to share the attached Subdistrict Activity Report for September 2022.
Monthly Subdistrict Manager Reports will continued to be shared with the community highlighting the activity and progress within our two subdistricts each month.
These reports will provide details regarding:

Subdistrict 4 / Bungalows

If there are any questions or concerns that you may have for any area that falls outside of the boundaries of TCMD Subdistrict #1 & #4 (YMCA), take a look at the attached Tax Responsibility Diagram here to see which entity manages which areas of our community as well as contact information for each organization.
We hope that these communications will assist in keeping each resident informed and up to date with everything that we are working on in order to enhance the community experience and level of service within Fairway Villas.
